Overall sleep was good. Facility was new and in good condition

Coffee maker did not work. Window shade did not work and had to change room. Shades are poorly made and they may have to replace then all.

The property is clean; neat and well-appointed rooms; exceptionally comfortable bed. All in all they offer top-notch service. Pool area is clean, thoroughly enjoyed this place.

Staff at the desk seemed to be in another world

The staff was exceptional friendly

I was bitten by something while in bed before I fell asleep and this made me a bit wary. I still have the bite and itch two days later. I have no idea it could have been something as simple as a mosquito.

Bed very comfortable. Wasn't quite sure about the top sheet/blanket/bed spread combination. Hope they are thoroughly cleaned between each guest! Also prefer to be able to use only a top sheet sometimes--not a choice with these items.

Every staff member was extraordinarily friendly and super friendly. Got brand-new, spotless room with coffee as well as double beds. The breakfast was warm with scrambled eggs and hash browns, as for instance, and had all you need...

I have 7 years of hotel management experience, it was different being on the other end. Room was set up well, bathroom display was nice. Guest services agent was friendly, check in and out process was quick and efficient.

The front desk was most helpful. We had all our questions answered.

Booking said there would be a refrigerator and microwave in our rooms and there was not. But over all it was a lovely and spacious room

We stay at this Hampton Inn several times a year. The location is excellent, being walking distance to all the major restaurants. The hotel is very comfortable, with a good included breakfast.

Could not turn off the air in the room.

The room was clean and comfortable. The decor was beautiful. Liked knowing that if I had forgotten something like a toothbrush, it would have been provided for me.

We stayed in this hotel on our way to Myrtle beach and then again a week later on the way back. However, the first time we stayed, there was no refrigerator or microwave even though we paid the same amount both times so I don't know why we were given an inferior room the first time. I was not happy about that at all.

Overall it all was a good experience. Just upset with the customer service I received when I was checking out.

Your front desk customer service. As I go to check out I ask for a copy of my charges and she (Alysa) refused to give me a copy or tell me my charges since I booked online. It's the way she said it (very rude) not the idea that I couldn't get a total for my charges and that I had my 5 yr old with me. I stay at Hampton Inn every time I travel and this is the 1st time this has ever happened to me.

We enjoyed our stay with a spacious king room featuring a fun triangular vanity and a good full-size tub. The breakfast was fantastic, and the complimentary nightlight was a thoughtful touch.

The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable premium bedding, made for a great night's sleep. Breakfast was a highlight, with a variety of delicious options, including bacon. The hotel's location was ideal, as it was just off the highway and close to various restaurants.
